Tired of waiting on subcontractors, to dig cellar-holes, set septic tanks an pull stumps a general contractor decided toeliminate the need to wait for others and started to his own excavating and site preperation. This approach streamlined the process and reduced the build-out time on many of the contractors spec houses. He began to provide the same services to general contractoors, determined not to have general contractors wait on him his service was fast and on-time. Word spread quickly through out York County and soon enough A & D Excavating was founded. A & D Excavating grew to include, snow removal, lot clearing, road building, etc.
